So we went to see our doc on Thursday and the ultra-sound showed our baby's torso off the charts. In fact, it estimated his weight at 10 lbs 7 oz. (and we're still a week from the original due date). So she sent us to a specialist with a 3-D (or is it 4-D?) ultra-sound machine that is a better estimator of size. Turns out the baby only weighs 8lbs 4oz. However, she was still concerned about the size of our baby's torso and recommended that we induce on Sunday, June 29th (tomorrow). So that's what we're doing. If he seems too big during labor they will just deliver him via a C-section. Anyway, that's the latest from our end. We're excited and nervous and happy and anxious all wrapped up into one.
